Buku ini mengupas tentang struktur anatomi tulang belakang secara komprehensif, untuk memudahkan pemahaman tentang tulang belakang, komponen strukturnya dan teknik pembedahan tulang belakang. Di dalam buku ini menyajikan beberapa materi antara lain dasar-dasar anatomi tulang belakang, cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, sacrum, ligament, diskus intervertebralis, otot-otot, neuroanatomy spine, anatomy surgical spine, dan teknik pembedahan.

Semoga buku ini dapat bermanfaat bagi peserta didik yang akan mempelajari anatomi tulang belakang, sebagai dasar pengetahuan untuk dapat  memahami lebih rinci tentang terjadinya berbagai penyakit yang timbul akibat proses patologi yang terjadi pada tulang belakang. Serta penanganannya termasuk teknik pembedahan tulang belakang sebagai salah satu modalitas terapi.
